Introduction

Amazon Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers, including products branded as Gift Certificates, Gift Cards may be used only for the purchase of eligible goods and services on Amazon.co.uk and certain other Amazon websites (as set out in the Conditions of Use for Amazon.co.uk), and only in the currency of the country in which they were purchased.

Amazon Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Amazon Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers, and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Amazon Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are valid for 10 years from the date of purchase, after which they will expire and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Conditions of Use

By purchasing, accepting or using an Amazon Gift Card or Gift Voucher, you agree to these Conditions of Use. Amazon Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are issued by Amazon EU S.à r.l. These Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

Amazon reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use at any time. If you do not agree to the amended Conditions of Use, you should stop using Amazon Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.
